  • Reduced Installation Time

    Use the Programming and Diagnostic module to download guarding parameters to the curtain. (Advanced and Basic), or easily access the programming Switches on the front of the receiver
    (standard).

    Choose to either use either the end mounting brackets or side T-slots.

    Eliminate interface between adjacent light curtains by assigning different scan codes.

    Individual Beam Indicators illuminate when a beam is out of alignment. No guessing which section of the curtain is improperly aligned.

    Optical Scan synchronization means no connections are necessary between the transmitter and receiver.

    Multiple Blanking Functions

    The Advanced version provides blanking and resolution reduction functions to simplify complex entry and exit applications, allowing stock material to be processed into presses, mills and similar machines.

    Advanced units use the RM-6 muting module which simplifies set-up and installation

    Additional Features

    For quick set-up and configuration, MS4800A and MS4800B systems employ an optical Programming and Diagnostic Module. The PDM allows quick access to all functions and downloading of a preset protection program. The PDM also provides additional diagnostic data to facilitate troubleshooting.

    MS4800A systems also include the following additional features which are configured using the PDM-
