MS4800A “Advanced” MS4800S “Standard” MS4800B “Basic” Reduced Installation Time Use the Programming and Diagnostic module to download guarding parameters to the curtain. (Advanced and Basic), or easily access the programming Switches on the front of the receiver (standard). Choose to either use either the end mounting brackets or side T-slots. Eliminate interface between adjacent light curtains by assigning different scan codes. Individual Beam Indicators illuminate when a beam is out of alignment. No guessing which section of the curtain is improperly aligned. Optical Scan synchronization means no connections are necessary between the transmitter and receiver. Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Assistance in Plain Language The Programming and Diagnostic Module used with the Advanced or Basic versions, presents diagnostic information and troubleshooting suggestions in plain language-no codes to decipher! Multiple Blanking Functions The Advanced version provides blanking and resolution reduction functions to simplify complex entry and exit applications, allowing stock material to be processed into presses, mills and similar machines. Effective, Simple Muting Advanced units use the RM-6 muting module which simplifies set-up and installation Eliminate Control Devices Cascaded version eliminates the need for extra control devices Less control cabinet space required All control outputs come from the receiver.
