Phoenix Contact 900 MHz Trusted Wireless Ethernet Radio


The RAD-ISM-900-EN-BD utilizes the MOTR-9 radio platform, a IW frequency-hopping, spread spectrum transceiver operating in the license-free 902-928 MHz ISM band. The MOTR-9 features user configurable over-the-air data rates up to 500 Kbps with adjustable packet sizes to move data quickly and minimize latency. It also incorporates selectable 128/192/256-bit AES encryption to prevent unwanted intrusion, keeping data secure.

Like other devices in the RAD-line product group, the unit supports master, slave and repeater operational modes. It is fully programmable with an integrated, user-friendly web interface accessible from any networked PC via a web browser. Integrated, user-friendly web interface accessible from with an integrated RS-232 and RS-422/485 serial ports allow the incorporation of serial data into an Ethernet network. The RAD-ISM-900 is Modbus RTU/TCP compatible for process and industrial applications and is approved for Class 1. Division 2 hazardous locations.
